In 2005, my career shifted from speech-language pathology to home automation. Who knew?! Since then, I have worked in technology and within the design community to provide hidden home technologies while enhancing the quality of life for home and business owners. I have an immense passion to create a professional and sincere customer experience, which includes a blend of education, compassionate listening, and creative problem solving. Positive relationships with our clients keep them coming back for more as their needs change over time. In addition to guiding the selling process, I create and execute marketing and business-development strategies that cater to changes in the economy, buyer preference, and innovations in technology.
As a dedicated volunteer to the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA), I serve on the Professional Development Committee, instruct classes, and am the Co-Chair of the Business Xchange task force. In 2015, I became the Financial Director of the local chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
Through these experiences and more, I am consistently inspired to design and implement systems that embrace the synchronicity between design, technology, and daily convenience.
I've been complimented on my ability to: create a unique customer experience, provide a collaborative and holistic viewpoint, execute quality service and design, think outside the box, speak to groups, and listen compassionately.
